Our Value Proposition
Our approach to legal fees is designed to provide the first-rate legal services at pricing significantly lower than our competitors at larger firms. We use a low overheard business model, with a practice made up largely of senior (partner-level) attorneys with decades of experience in our firm’s focal practice areas, supported by more junior attorneys only when that support results in increased efficiency. These efficiencies provide us with significant flexibility in terms of our rate structure and a client-centered focus to our services.
For work billed at hourly billing rates, our rates are, on average, 20% lower than our competitors’ rates for comparable services. To increase value and reduce uncertainty for our clients, we frequently use creative fee approaches such as flat monthly fees, fixed fee for a particular project, blended rates and reduced rates with a bonus for project success. We have found that these alternate fee approaches incentivize efficiency over billable hours and foster a more collaborative attorney-client relationship.
